Christmas Light Show 2003
with video download and pictures below
This years display, was different
than others as I added two more Dasher units.
Now I have a total of 48 separate circuits with over 300 feet of Network Cable.
It took me 38 hours to set up the show, starting on November 9, 2003.
There are numerous feet of extension cords and over 13 hours of programming
time.
I use two computers, 2 driveway sensors, 1 motion detector, a small FM station
that I
built from a kit, lots of planning and designing. I also have some X-10
controls for the
controlling of the start/stop of the show and for other applications.
The light show turns on when
a vehicle drives in and the background music can be heard
through their radio or from one outside.
Video Downloads of this year's
Light Show
Note: the volume is quite loud.
Approximately
4:53 minutes - Music was heard on their car radio
or on a radio playing outside.
